1. The game

DomDom Pop! is a block puzzle game published by DomDom. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play DomDom Pop! on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

3. DomDom Plus subscription

• DomDom Plus removes all advertising from the game. It is offered as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency, on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.
• Subscriptions are tied to the store account that bought them. Use "Restore" in the game to recover a subscription on a new device.

4. Virtual items

Skins, powers, and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or removed as the game is updated. Progress is stored on your device.

5. Advertising

The free version of the game shows advertising. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, tamper with the game files, or attempt to obtain paid content without paying for it. We may stop providing the game to anyone who does.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the game, these terms, or stop offering the game. If we change these terms materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

8. No warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
